01The service

VoltSift is the brand used for this online service. It provides checks of cell test data, model fitting, independent validation, and downloads of results. The website is voltsift.com, and the online workspace is app.voltsift.com. Software performs standard analyses automatically, including input checks, model calculations, validation results, and downloadable reports.

02Accounts and use

Register with an email address that can receive messages, and keep your login details secure. The person who opens the account is responsible for the workspace's use, authorization to process its data, and payment arrangements. Contact support if you notice an unusual login or someone else using your account.

Upload data that you are authorized to process, and enter the cell information and test conditions as instructed on the page. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

03Data, results, and software

You retain your rights to uploaded data and generated results. You authorize VoltSift to process that data to the extent needed to provide calculations, downloads, support, and backups. The Privacy policy explains how data is processed and deleted.

Analysis results include candidate models, error metrics, the scope covered by validation, and related data check results. The report for each analysis specifies the conditions in which its model applies. Confirm the model with independent experiments before using it for engineering decisions. Rights to the VoltSift software, solver implementations, and third-party components remain with their respective rights holders.

04Free trials and paid plans

A free account includes 1 analysis to use within 7 days of email verification. Registration does not require a payment card. Every subscription includes model fitting, full independent validation results online and a report. Pro and Advanced also include validation JSON, model parameters, engineering exports and local simulation files.

Orders use the amount, currency, taxes and billing period shown before checkout and renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual cycle. Starter and Pro both include 100 analyses per month or 1200 per year. Annual credits are provided together; unused credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period. Advanced includes unlimited analyses for normal interactive R&D use; file, concurrency, runtime and storage limits apply. Existing one-time purchases retain their original terms and do not renew automatically.

05Credits and deliverables

An analysis is recorded when a task successfully enters the compute queue. Plans with an allowance also use one credit; Advanced records actual usage. Resubmitting the same task is not counted again. Uploads and format checks are not counted. Model results, data check results and validation reports are analysis deliverables; export files depend on the plan.

The project page shows queue, computation and delivery status. If a service failure prevents delivery, contact support to request replacement credits or a resolution under the Refund policy. Keep your own copies of important original data and downloaded files.

06Cancellation, refunds, and service changes

Cancel automatic renewal through subscription management on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The paid period and its remaining credits stay valid until then. Request refunds separately under the Refund policy.

VoltSift may suspend affected features or accounts to resolve failures, protect accounts, or stop interference with the service. We will explain the action through the contact channels that are available. Paid portions that have not been delivered are handled under the Refund policy.

07Updates to these terms

This page states the current terms and their update date. We will give advance notice of material changes that affect existing paid entitlements. Consumer rights under applicable law remain in effect.
