Included in each analysis
Each task uses fitting records, independent validation records and an open-circuit voltage curve. Every plan includes full validation results online and a downloadable report. Pro and Advanced also include engineering data, model parameters and files for local simulation.

How do monthly and annual credits work?
Starter and Pro both include 100 analyses per month or 1200 per year; engineering exports are the main difference. Annual credits are provided together for use during the current billing year. Unused credits expire at period end. Advanced includes unlimited analyses under fair use.
When is an analysis recorded?
An analysis is recorded when the task successfully enters the compute queue. Starter and Pro use one credit; Advanced records actual usage. Resubmitting the same task is not counted again. Uploads and format checks are not counted.
What does fair use mean for unlimited analyses?
Advanced covers normal interactive R&D use. Limits still apply to file size, storage, queued or running tasks and runtime per task. Automated bulk submissions, account resale or a shared computing service require a separate arrangement.
Fitting and independent validation files can each be up to 64 MiB, and OCV files up to 8 MiB; each workspace can have up to 3 queued or running tasks, with a 10-minute limit per task. Workspace storage is 256 MiB, including uploaded files and generated results; storage use is checked for new uploads and tasks, while accepted tasks can finish.
What if computation fails or validation does not pass?
If a service fault prevents delivery, contact support for a replacement credit or a refund. Data-check results and reports showing unsuccessful validation are part of the analysis delivery. Read the refund policy
How do I cancel a subscription?
Cancel automatic renewal through subscription management on your account page. Your current paid period remains active. See refund conditions
